  • Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, and cayenne pepper, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans (drained and rinsed), and beef broth.
  • Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for at least 2 hours, or up to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Notes
