  • 1 tsp sriracha

  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the mixture.

Baking

  • Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and lightly caramelized.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes, being careful not to burn the cauliflower. Adjust sriracha to your preferred spice level. Serve immediately as a side dish or snack.
