  • 500 g Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 5 Large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Carrot, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare Chicken

  • Slice the chicken breast into thin strips or small cubes; season generously with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned chicken until it is no longer pink and fully cooked through.
  • Remove the cooked chicken from heat, then toss it thoroughly with the sweet chili sauce until every piece is well coated.

Assemble Wraps

  • Warm the large flour tortillas according to package instructions, ensuring they are pliable.
  • Lay out each warm tortilla and evenly distribute the shredded lettuce, thinly sliced red bell pepper, and shredded carrot onto them.
  • Spoon an equal portion of the sweet chili chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla, over the vegetables.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a secure wrap, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken while cooking.
