  • 4 peaches halved and pitted
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella torn or cubed

Preparation

  • Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

Grilling Peaches

  • Place the halved peaches cut-side down on the preheated grill. Grill for 3-5 minutes, until tender and caramelized with nice grill marks. Flip and grill for another 2-3 minutes on the skin side. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then slice each half into wedges.

Assemble the Salad

  • Arrange the grilled peach wedges and torn fresh mozzarella on a serving platter. Drizzle generously with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra touch, add a sprinkle of fresh basil or mint to the salad.
