  • Combine cranberries, sugar, orange zest, ginger, and liquid in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let cool.

Spiced Cranberry Sauce

  • Combine cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves, star anise, and liquid in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove cinnamon stick, cloves, and star anise before serving.

Notes
