Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 Bell Peppers assorted colors, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 Red Onion cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes

Marinade

  • 0.25 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, honey, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  • Add the cubed steak to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated, then cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent charring on the grill.

Assembling & Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375-400°F (190-200°C).
  • Thread the marinated steak cubes, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes alternately onto the skewers.
  • Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Serving

  • Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding mushroom caps or zucchini slices to your kabobs.
