  • 2 Cans (11oz each) Mandarin Oranges, undrained
  • 1 3oz box Orange Jello
  • 1 container 8oz container Cool Whip, thawed

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the mandarin oranges (undrained) with the dry jello mix.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is light and airy.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the jello salad for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, allowing it to set completely.

Notes

For best results, chill thoroughly before serving. You can also add a dollop of whipped cream on top for an extra treat.
