Instructions
Preparation
Wash and halve the baby bok choy, then mince the garlic.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, and water.
Cooking
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add baby bok choy to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender-crisp.
Pour the soy sauce mixture over the bok choy, toss to coat, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
