  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3 stalks green onions, chopped (optional)
  • Ritz crackers, pita bread, or vegetables for dipping

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, thawed spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, and optional green onions.

Notes
