Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 8 count flour tortillas small
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat flaked
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning

For Serving (Optional)

  • salsa
  • sour cream

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, flaked crab meat, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Spread a generous amount of the seafood mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Cooking

  • Roll up each tortilla tightly, then slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick "bombs."
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the tortilla bombs seam-side down to start. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Alternatively, you can air fry them at 375°F (190°C) for 4-6 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.

Serving

  • Serve immediately with salsa and sour cream for dipping, if desired. Enjoy your quick and delicious Cheesy Seafood Tortilla Bombs!

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can lightly brush the tortillas with olive oil before cooking. Feel free to experiment with other seafood, like diced cooked scallops or imitation crab, to customize your bombs.
