  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.125 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients except parsley in a large pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  • Simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly thickened.
  • Ladle into bowls, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the soup.
